What happens if I (the client) need to reschedule a session?

If you need to make a change to a scheduled session date, as long as you notify Jess no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session (with the exception of an unplanned emergency,) Jess will offer you up to 3 other make-up dates/times during the current billing cycle. These offered dates/times will fall within the availability that you provided on your registration.

If you are unable to meet on any of the offered dates/times, Jess will remain available to you via text message and/or email throughout the week of the missed session, and you will receive a 50% refund for the missed scheduled session appointment.

If you do not provide 24 hours notice to reschedule (with the exception of an unplanned emergency,) Jess will remain available to you via text message and/or email throughout the week of the missed session, and there will be no refund for the missed scheduled session appointment.

If you do provide at least 24 hours notice but Jess is unable to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts on her end, Jess will remain available to you via text message and/or email throughout the week of the missed session, and you will receive a 100% refund for the missed scheduled session appointment.

What happens if Jess (the coach) needs to reschedule a session?

What happens if I want to change my subscription plan?

Please reach out to Jess if you want to upgrade your plan. We can work out payment arrangements to pay a pro-rated increase for your current billing cycle and to set you up for a new recurring payment for the upgraded plan beginning with the next billing cycle.

What happens if I (the client) need to cancel my subscription?

Please reach out to Jess and she can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. She will inform you of any other coaching plans and payment options that are available to you. The goal is to keep you supported in your journey!

You would need to cancel prior to your scheduled billing date in order to avoid being charged for another month.

If you have already been charged for the upcoming month, we would follow the rescheduling policy listed above.

What happens if Jess (the coach) needs to cancel my subscription?

You will receive a 100% refund on a prorated basis for any weeks that you prepaid for without yet receiving services.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

You can set up your subscription payment with either a credit card or a debit card. With the debit card option, if your payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other type of error, PayPal will notify Jess and your subscription will be paused.

Jess will reach out to you to discuss reactivating your subscription.

Will my subscription price ever change?

Jess will always provide at least 30 days written notice before adjusting subscription prices. This will allow you plenty of time to decide if you’d like to change, pause, or cancel your plan.
